For my climate activism project I explored how climate change will affect coffee production; 'in 70 years 80% of wild coffee plants will be gone'.

Drinking coffee is something most people take for granted everyday so I thought it would be a relatable way to engage with people and show them how climate change will directly impact their life, perhaps in a way they hadn't thought it would.

I decided to create a series of coffee mugs as this would directly reach my target audience and be a good way to spread awareness.

News about climate change can often be overwhelming and even paralysing rather than motivating. I wanted my mugs to help make people feel positive about climate change because even by making the smallest lifestyle change (like buying from sustainable brands) will make a big postive difference on the world!
